1. COSTS & PAYMENT
Q1: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept various payment methods to suit our customers’ needs. Our standard terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a deposit of 30-50% and the balance before shipment, or L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight for larger orders.
Q2: Are there any hidden costs regarding Private Label (OEM)?
A: For Private Label orders, there may be a one-time cylinder (mold) fee for printing labels if you choose specific printing technologies. However, we are transparent about this cost from the beginning, and it is refundable if your order volume reaches a particular target.
Q3: Do you offer free samples?
A: Yes, we offer FREE samples for you to test the taste and quality.
2. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Q4: What is the production lead time?
A: After confirming the artwork and receiving the deposit, standard production time takes about 25–30 days. For repeat orders, the lead time can be shorter (20–25 days).
Q5: What delivery terms (Incoterms) do you support?
A: We are flexible with Incoterms. We commonly offer FOB (Free On Board) Ho Chi Minh City, CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) to your designated port, or EXW (Ex Works) if you have your own forwarder.
Q6: How many trays/cartons fit in a container?
A: Generally, one carton accommodates:

Q7: What certifications does your factory hold?
A: We are committed to the highest standards. Our factory holds certifications from the FDA, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and HALAL. This ensures that our products can be exported to stringent markets, such as the USA, Europe, and Muslim countries.
Q8: Can you provide documents for customs clearance?
A: Absolutely. We provide a comprehensive set of shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (C/O), and Health Certificate/Free Sales Certificate, as required by your country’s regulations.
4. ORDER QUALITY & PRODUCT SPECS
Q9: What is the shelf life of your beverages?
A: For Aluminum cans, the shelf life is 24 months. For PET and PP bottles, it is 18 months from the manufacturing date.
Q10: How do you ensure product quality before shipping?
A: We have a strict QA/QC process. We test raw materials before they are input, automatically monitor the production line, and conduct laboratory testing on finished products. We also retain samples of every batch for quality assurance and traceability purposes.
Q11: Can I request a specific formula or ingredients?
A: Yes. Our R&D team can develop a custom formula tailored to your specific requirements (e.g., reduced sugar, addition of fruit juice, or specific vitamins). We ensure the ingredients are sourced from Vietnam’s premium plantations.

Q12: Do you provide label design services?
A: Yes, we have a professional in-house design team. We offer FREE label and packaging design services for our OEM and Private Label clients to help your brand stand out.
Q13: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Private Label?
A: We’re flexible with MOQs and can tailor them by destination market and packaging format. Please contact us to confirm the best MOQ and lead time for your country.
