After 2 years of suffering the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of cases in Vietnam is under control. On March 15th, Vietnam reopens for International Tourism. The easing of entry procedures is a great chance for Nawon’s customers to visit our office and our factory onsite. Nawon warmly welcomes our customers to visit after almost 2 years of quarantine. The face-to-face meeting is an effective way to communicate and discuss with our customers. Nawon makes a lot of effort to meet in person and discuss with customers more relevant problems. This month, we expect to meet more customers on our site, show them our office, our farm, and our factory. The customer on-site visit is a great chance for us to increase the customers’ engagements. Instead of calling and interacting online, the on-site visit may provide our clients with an overview of our business, and a general view of our production process. With a practical view and consistent information, Nawon expects to build a sustainable business relationship with our customers.
